On this wiki there are many pages starting with [[Special:Prefixindex/Wikipedya:|Wikiped'''y'''a:]]. But that is article namespace not project namespace like this page. According to settings [http://ceb.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=namespaces|namespacealiases] only ''Project:'' and ''Wikipedia:'' are valid prefixes for this namespace. That is making trouble with interwiki bots because linking from article namespace to project namespace is not allowed.
