Pagbag-o sa Eswatini o dili? (change to Eswatini or not?) usba

(As far as I know the country leadership already decided to change their country name from Swaziland to Eswatini, and the Tagalog Wikipedia also did such change on their article, so as also a Philippines language, why don't we change here, too?) --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 08:37, 28 Pebrero 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello Liuxinyu970226, it is not surprising that you did not get an answer here for so long. Probably almost nobody knows that the article even exists. It was created by one user in 2008 and was only edited once in 2013 by another user. These were the only two contacts of the article with a living person. Apart from that there are countless bot edits. Yes you are right. The article must be moved to "Eswatini. It's been two years now since the new name was officially recognized by the United Nations and registered in ISO 3166-1. Now we are both here in the majority (2:0) and it is also unlikely that an active user will come here soon. Now I have already taken the trouble to at least add an infobox to the article. But you still have to translate some terms I wrote in English. I will move the article now anyway times and adapt all links and categories. Then we wait and see what happens.--Bestoernesto (talk) 07:56, 1 Hunyo 2020 (UTC)Reply
