Hi! Just an update, there is a anon user here (who uses the ip range 112.198.xx.xx and 120.28.xx.xx) that keeps on creating hoax radio and TV stations here. I have identified his/her edit pattern from en.wiki, which is creating a hoax radio/TV network named "Radyo Pulso" (supposed to be a radio network of Raven Broadcasting, the owners of Jam 88.3) and renames Studio 23 or ABS-CBN to BBC-2. Hi Jordz, I have seen, that you are a bureaucrat on this wiki. The account User:Rauenstein is blocked till infinity, because someone impersonate this account in February 2009. Now the german user (about 70.000 edits in german wiki and 35.000 at commons) needs to edit here, but he can't because of that. Question about your local policy

Hi Jordz. I have a question and I hope you can help me. I'm Dutch and can't speak Cebuano (see my user page on Meta). Hopefully you'll understand my question in English. I noticed ceb.wikipedia has only two bureaucrats (list). One of them is Bentong Isles. This user isn't active anymore since 2008. I wondered: is there a local policy about inactive administrators/bureaucrats? And what do you think about removal of the sysop and bureaucrat flags of him? The "problem" is that on Meta stewards can't rename accounts when there are active bureaucrats. It's a shame when there are two bureaucrats, but one isn't active. I'll hope to hear from you soon. Hi Trinjnstel, sorry for the late reply. As for our local policy there is no specific mention on inactive bureaucrats aside from a section on abuse of power/authority ( Wikipedia:Tigdumala#Pag-abuso_sa_usa_ka_tigdumala). However, I believe that the act of stripping admin rights to a bureaucrat, and a founder at that, is somewhat frowned by our local community.
