Fejér vármegye címere körpajzs, melyen sík talajon, a háttérben hegylánccal övezve balra fordulva Szent István király térdel hímzett, hermelingalléros palástban. Feje körül dicsfény ragyog. Kezében szegélyezéssel díszített párnán a magyar Szent Koronát, a jogart és a koronázási kardot – amelyek a Magyar Királyságot jelképezik – tartja, felajánlva azt a sugarakkal fénylő, felhőben lebegő Szűz Máriának, a Magyarok Nagyasszonyának, Magyarország fő patrónájának, aki földig érő ruhában, fátyolban jelenik meg, karján a gyermek Jézussal. Az Örökké Szent Szűz Istenanya Mária és a gyermek Jézus feje körül is dicsfény ragyog.
Szent István király előtt hegyes talpú pajzsban Magyarország címere látható az Árpád-ház hétszer vágott és a tényleges magyar királyi hatalmat jelképező apostoli talpas kettős keresztes címerével. A címerben Szent István király a koronával, jogarral és koronázási karddal jelképezett Magyarországot Szűz Mária oltalmába ajánlja. Így vált Szűz Mária Magyarország Védőasszonyává, Magyarország pedig: Hungaria Mariae Regnum – Magyarország Mária Országa.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
