Magyar: Ózd harmadik, aktuális címere.
Az osztott háromszögletű katonai pajzs kétharmadában hasított, jobb oldala kétszer, bal oldala egyszer vágott. Jobb oldalt a három pólya vörös-ezüst-vörös színű. A bal felső kék mezőben ezüst színű, kersztbe tett csákány és ék, alatta fekvően hengerész fogó, mindegyik lebegően. A bal alsó zöld mezőben lebegő arany vágott kar kezében ezüst szablyát tart. A pajzs alsó harmadában, a pajzstalpban kék mezőben zöld hármashalom. A pajzs tetején, azzal érintkezően ötlombú arany korona. A sisakfoszlány jobb oldalon kék-arany, bal oldalon vörös ezüst.
A vörös-ezüst-vörös pólyák egyrészt a magyarságra, másrészt az Ózd várost eredetileg alkotó három településre (Ózd, Bolyok, Sajóvárkony) utalnak. Ez a hármas jelzés a címeren még ismételten megjelenik. A keresztbetett csákány és ék a bányászatot, a hengerész fogó a kohász múltat jelképezi. A bányászatra utaló elem a Sturmán-család, a szablyát tartó vágott kar a Bolyky-család címeréből került átvételre. A hármas halom az Ózdot övező erdős hegyekre, dombokra utal.
A pajzs fölötti az arany korona az eredetileg nemesi településeket és Ózd község 1821. évből ismert pecsétjét idézi.
A címer tervezését Pfening László ózdi festő-grafikus végezte.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
