DeskripsyonGaeilavore Island Group from Trotternish Peninsula - geograph.org.uk - 866843.jpg
English: Gaeilavore Island Group from Trotternish Peninsula This little group of islands lies between the Trotternish Peninsula of Skye and Harris in the Outer Hebrides. Looking at this group, the lumpy island on the left is Gaeilavore; next is Gearann Island with Lord MacDonald's Table (one of several so-named places around these parts) which is in front of the rest of the island group. To the right of this can just be made out The Cleats then beyond them straggling northeastwards are the rest of the group comprising Thon Eilean. Lurking behind these little islands is the much larger, but low-lying island of Fladaigh Chùain (or Fladda-Chùain) which effectively fills in any gaps between these smaller islands when viewed from this perspective.
