In behave of the Cebuano Wikipedia Editors community, I would like to thank you on you effort to add articles in cebwiki. However your articles have issues with grammar quality. It seems you (the developer if Qu0404 is a bot) have no sufficient grasp of Cebuano. The good thing is, I am a native speaker. We can collaborate if you will agree to improve your articles in terms of them being comprehensible and coherent to human users visiting them. Please indicate your willingness through your response. Regarding the nomination of sysop rights

@Qu0404: Hi, I noticed you asked for admin rights before (in 2021), see here. You received 1 support from Lsj, but the bureaucrat Bentong seems to be inactive, so it seems like no one gave you permission at that time. I saw that you have contributed a lot to cebwiki project. I was also planning to submit a request to Meta to grant you permission, but I suddenly remembered that your previous request was too long ago :-), so another nomination needs to be created. @Như Gây Mê: I've just made a few contributions. I tend to log in and check my watchlist every other day and I tend to check the recent changes every day. If I am given admin rights I will use them to clean up some of the duplicates etc and will also patrol the recent changes for vandalism and test edits as well as delete speedy deletion requests so I'm still interested in having the admin right, thanks. @Qu0404 Hi, congratulations on becoming an administrator (sysop) at the cebwiki project. I have a few reminder to remind you:

• Try to summarize what you changed in the "edit summary" section (for example: lock IP, block user, delete article...). Sometimes you may forget your edit summary, this is normal :)
• Please consider carefully before deleting the page (if the article has a page deletion template, you need to check the history before deleting), cases of creating spam articles with inappropriate content can be deleted without review.
• Try not to dispute too much with vandals (Vandalism account, sockpuppet...)
• "Grab your broom" and clean up cebwiki well!
